Data Processing Agreement

This Data Processing Agreement ("DPA") is incorporated into and forms part of the Agreement between Boop Me Inc. ("Provider") and the customer entity ("Customer") for the provision of the Service.

This DPA reflects the parties' agreement about the Processing of Customer Personal Data in connection with Customer's use of the Service, in compliance with Applicable Data Protection Laws including the GDPR, UK GDPR, and CCPA.
